Shipping Policy
The delivery terms confirmed for LottoMigo retail orders.

Available worldwide except Mainland China, subject to carrier serviceability. Tracking is provided. PO boxes, military addresses and remote locations are accepted when the carrier can service the address.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 2 business days and are estimated to arrive about 7 business days after dispatch via Yanwen. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by customs, local delivery conditions, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charge
US$5.00 for the first item in an order, plus US$2.00 for each additional item.
Tracking
Full shipment tracking is provided after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the first tracking scan.
Taxes and duties
Listed prices include applicable import duties and local taxes.
Loss or transit damage
If a tracked parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and supporting photos where applicable. After verification, you may choose a replacement or refund.
